1 Scope and Applicability of the Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bq111 platform ("Platform", "Site" or "bq111") and all of its services, products and activities. These Terms are effective for all users located in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

3 Password and Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your bq111 account secure. Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect that someone has obtained your account credentials, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. bq111 will not be liable for unauthorised access unless it results from a fault in our systems.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.

• If you receive any communication related to phishing or fraud, notify us immediately.

4 Deposit Policy

To make a deposit on bq111, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical or payment gateway issues, please contact our 24/7 support team.

• Deposited funds must come from legitimate Bangladeshi sources only.

4 Withdrawal Policy

5 Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

5 VIP and Cashback Program

bq111's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and loyalty on the platform. VIP benefits may change at bq111's discretion.

5 Bonus Abuse

Any bonus or winnings obtained through bonus abuse, system exploitation or fraud will be considered void. Such activity may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

6 Gaming Policy and Fairness

All games on bq111 are operated entirely by neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All outcomes are completely random and not predetermined.

Gaming activities follow fair play principles. No player may use technical advantages, bots or automated software.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, a partial or full bet refund may be issued.

6 Sports Betting Policy

In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant event. bq111's decision is final in resolving disputes.

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, special rules will apply to the relevant bets. Results from any league including BPL, IPL, T20, ICC or FIFA will be settled according to the result determined by the official governing body.

7 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Fraud, deception or money laundering activities.
• Operating games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour toward other players.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Collusion betting or taking part in match fixing.
• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Any such activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds and legal action where necessary.

8 Limitations on bq111's Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bq111 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform or technical errors.
• Internet connection issues or failures of third-party services.
• Losses resulting from the unintentional disclosure of a user's account credentials.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events.
• The outcome of bets placed at the user's own decision.

8 Indemnification
